The latest incarnation of this database management system builds on almost 20 years of experience in handling the day to day tasks involved in running a language school. It includes many new features such as the ability to use the LSA for client relationship management (CRM), powerful filtering and selection queries, an integrated report builder and the possibility of creating web interfaces for customer and staff interaction. Of course, the LSA continues to excel with the routine jobs of organising students and classes, working with agents and accommodation as well as billing and confirmations.

The LSA uses the highly-acclaimed SQL database Firebird. As of 2009, the LSA is compatible with version 2.1.1 of Firebird.
